The accompanying proxy is solicited by the Board of Directors of GlobeTel Communications Corp. (the "Company," "we", "us" and similar terms) to be voted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held at the Grand Palms Hotel, 110 Grand Palms Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida at 10:00 a.m., E.S.T.

I think it should be E.D.T. (the Eastern Daylight time mode we're in right now...I e-mailed Rob Bleckman about it, and await his response.
