actually... with movie profits coming in soon IMO we shouldn't be worried about either...
no need for further dilution imo....
RS would likely come with dip but w/out more dilution the stock would be more valuable as more investors would be attacted to higher PPS...
know what i mean? .01 buy looks better to some than .0001
heck, let them do 1 for 10,000 RS to .10 /// with large $$$ from huge movies & no dilution it's gold any way it spins..
