Wow what a statement. Rules of investing 101, If every Company diluted peoples investments then what would be the point of investing.

When a legitimate Company wants to raise cash they can invite investors, banks or other financial institutions to participate in a private placement. This means that most of the value of the existing shareholders PPS remains since that is new money coming into the Company that is paying for those newly printed shares.

When a legitimate Company wants to increase the number of shares trading, it is usually because the shares have become expensive and are not attracting the smaller investors. Those people already holding could receive 3, 4 or 5 shares for each one they hold and typically the PPS drops accordingly but the original holders have more shares so don't lose any money by it.

When a Con Job like GRLT just arbitrarily get the printing presses fired up and start producing millions upon millions of worthless bits of paper to sell to the market before people realize they have been printed then that is fraud. And if you look back a few months ago when all of a sudden 40 million shares were trading each day when indications were there that only 90 million shares were in circulation that was when the fraud happened. It took a few astute people writing on this site to notify everyone of the unfolding hoodwink that GRLT, and the criminals running it, had carried out. The amount of shares had gone up overnight from 90 million to 306 million and it was days before this was found out, certainly it wasn't in GRLT's interest to tell people.
