I also don't buy the theory they go case by case with the accounts called shorts ..that's nonsense .. the point is not to prove that people knew or not about resriction and go ahead and taping their comments on the phone , the point is THEY put illegal shares on the market Period and if they don't let all the people off the hook they will have a flood of legal actions against them ..
This case by case story is such a joke ... they don't even know how to handle and try to squeezs to the last penny ..!
omn my behalf thhey took care of my account after 5 days ! no phone call ..and yes We are tempted to squeeze them ,,but it's pathetic
