Goku it's easy to see that they are buying and the process start today

you go level2 and when you see TDCM at the bid WATERHOUSE CAPITAL MARKETS
(same company ) as long they are here ,they are buying and they need to buy a lot... not40 millions /day , in 10 days the restricted have to be accounted for and the OS has to be 56 mill ..
