Precon could mean a variety of things. From creating drawings and specs to collecting bids and creating a budget. If the name of the architect or engineer were known then you could call and solicit a bid and ask for drawings via email. Just say you work for xyz company and heard about an upcoming project and you would like to bid on it, get the drawings and post a link to this board. That would be the ultimate way to get interest back here without waiting for news.
