I TOOK A CLOSER LOOK AT THE ABOVE NEWS FROM 3/6. IT STATES THAT IJJP WOULD BE ENGAGING PRE-CONTRUCTION ENGINEERING DURING THE SAME TIME FRAME AS THE 45 TO 60 DAY ACQUISITION OF VSF. I AM TRYING TO CALL ALGA TO SEE HOW IJJP IS COMING ALONG. I LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE CEO OF ALGA IN DALLAS, TX. WOULD BE NICE TO KNOW IF IJJP IS SURELY IN THE PROCESS OF STARTING WORK.
