"On this particular trip I have several things to work on. In no particular order they are the following:
1. Finish making parts for a potential purchase order. Most of the parts are finished, but I want to tweak one or two to make sure they are perfect. This order could lead to a much larger order, so I don't want to deliver anything but the best. I would say that the likelihood of getting the order is at least 75%. If the customer will allow, we will issue a press release with their name. If they not allow (which I think will be the case), we will issue a release without their name.
2. Continue discussions regarding the formation of a WFOE. The likelihood of forming either a WFOE or a JV, is in my mind almost 100%. We have an investor in the USA who is strongly considering stepping in and several in China. I will work on the folks in China. When we have the agreement and cash in place we will issue a press release.
3. Two aerospace companies, one in the USA and one in China, have expressed an interest in being acquired by TPAC. We have had face to face discussions with the group in the USA and I will be conducting face to face discussions with the China group starting later this week. Once I have those discussions, I will meet with people in Hong Kong to discuss financing those deals. At this very, very early stage it is impossible to predict or even guess at the likelihood of success in acquiring either or both companies and/or the likelihood of obtaining funding for the acquisitions. Of course, these acquisitions would be big news and would warrant a press release.
