They finally took control of the original 2012 agreement that was never officially executed until last year.

I think some people got upset when they found out PSPW holds 4% Falak 71% Interenergo 25% of the Shala project.

Looking back at the website press releases, I determined that the original deal was just a frame agreement for PSPW to hold 75% and Interenergo 25% but that never executed because of financing.(I even thought they held 75%)

As time progressed When reading on PSPW they made several mentions that they would rely on there OpEC financing Falak Holdings

Now that documentation has surfaced supporting this, there are many things starting to align.

Shala Energy PLC is 51% owned by PSPW with 15 companies dividing shares. This will be interesting to see this play out.
