Just pure speculation on MSFT buyout:

1 sh msft = 1 sh IDCC $48 x 40 m= 1.9 billion
2 b cash
Total price = 3.9 b= 100/sh

Total cash outlay from MSFT= 1.5 b
But they have revenue streams coming in too and don't have to pay IDCC back payments and damages..

What a steal at 100 per share!!
