Wells Notice

Has YIPI received a Wells Notice from the SEC yet regarding its fake financials, its false and misleading press releases and its relationship with "corrupt" stock promoter BIG Investments, who is being investigated by the DOJ?

and if so, why hasn't YIPI alerted its stockholders of this?
