No implications. The blind from the time one was in the original portion of the trial original trial remains. Once somebody progresses, regardless of whether they are placebo or treatment arm, they can choose to begin the treatment schedule anew. They do not get to learn if they were in the placebo or treatment arm before they progressed, but they are assured DCVax-L after they progress. They also are able to seek additional therapies for concurrent treatment during their time on the crossover arm -- this may include surgery, chemo, radiotherapy, etc.
