No. Reading it I would assume this "ex IR director" made legal threats to the company. Hence the category it was filed under. Again I suggest reading the reports.

I can only see one IR director in the past 10 years for Atlantic, so it must mean Brent O'Connor.

Mr. Brent O'Connor, Investor Relations Director, commented, "The world has now shifted into a historical Green Boom, therefore we are excited to be alongside of a revolutionary company of this caliber, during these unprecedented times."

That opens the door for the question, what information was management afraid would surface to the degree they felt compelled to make a threat in their disclosure statement ? IMO, it was a stupid thing to include in the disclosure statement. It insinuates guilt. Innocent people don't make threats like that unless they are hiding something.
