Concerning the negative amount of PAIV.ob shares in my account

I just received an 8k from the Company saying that the shares you put
in my account were illegal . "
The Depository Trust Company has confirmed to the Registrant that no
allocation of any Merger Shares has taken place by them as of May 22,
2006 due to the fact that the Merger Shares are restricted and that
the Merger Shares have not been physically received by Depository
Trust Company for further allocation.
I demand readjustment of my account held hostage since 4 days and the
immediate call alert of 1.361351.60 $ to be erased
