Easy there, multivalue. I have been a long-time long
for MANY years. I'm just one of those that usually won't
shake the pom-poms, etc. And I don't have time to post daily.
As far as what i'd do different:
A common misconception is that an 8K must be released for this, and an 8K must be released for that. I will not get into a debate, but suffice it to say that many completely ethical and legal deals (I have witnessed some at various companies) were only inked AFTER substantial provisions were truly imminent and in-process. That's one of the keys: substantial provisions. It's clear now that Huff didn't follow that path with the Internafta deal. Completely his fault? Probably not.
But as the CEO, he is to be held responsible.

The negativity from me at times is geared towards Huff, not the company. Who here believes that Huff should have mentioned the "more than 20 deals they are working on", back in March????? Most shareholders ususally expect that the company is working on deals, without having to be told.
Was that statement of "20 deals" supposed to impress??
Impress us by minimizing those big-mouth statements and maximizing performance and success, ie., flowing cash from ops,
breaking even, fulfilling some of your stated goals, etc.
all imho
I wish that I could attend the SHM. Feel free to relay my statements to Huff if desired.
Great dd and research on my posts, by the way. The "furious" post was because of not getting an order filled.
