I suspect that the Company may not have gotten all the financing.

And no offtake agreement will materialize in the near future.

That is not necessarily a bad thing in the present market.

It's tough finding venture capital for junior miners when the major US indexes are hitting all time highs, and the world's economies are slowing.

Potential investors have to be convinced that there is value in the asset and that the asset will appreciate over time.
