In retrospect I do not understand Judge Moss' comment to the effect that time was of the essence, but here we are four weeks later and still no verdict in what appeared to be only one possible decision, given this boards interpretation of the hearing transcripts. The delay suggests to me either he is going to rule for the FDA or give us NCE plus 5 years neither seem probable, but would require a well crafted written opinion.
