First and foremost, I believe man walked earth for 6,000 years. I believe that I posted at least 7 or 8 scriptures supporting the fact that once you die ... you die.

Jesus spoke of everlasting life because in the near future everything is to return to God's original purpose of man living forever on a paradise on earth. His resurrection was proof that when you die, you will be resurrected to life on earth ... he wasn't resurrected and went directly to heaven. (John 20:17) Or am I missing the part where the disciples actually felt the holes in his hands? It was forty days later tha he ascended to the heavens.

There are only a very select few that will make it to heaven to reign as kings over the earth, it's the 144,000. Not all good people go to heaven. David didn't (Acts 2:34) Neither did John the Baptist (Matthew 11:11)

The meek will possess what? THE EARTH. Psalms 37:9,11,29.
