Maybe they could just update shareholders about receiving a buyout offer from XYZ for ABC cents ,,,,,and they are thinking on it or renegotiating the terms :) U never know whats up for monday...Or Could be that they might be negotiating similar kind of deals with ATT OR INTEL ! endless possibilities.
