Could be, but I really think they are going to hit us with the licensing deal. We heard about epgl's first offer more than two weeks ago and we can assume that the offer had been on the table for at least a few days. It's not like they have to recreate the wheel for a licensing contract. This sort of thing has been done before and epgl said they felt certain that they would be able to come to terms. I expect to hear about a final deal very soon.
