To eliminate that conundrum of MOD's trying to eliminate another MOD's opinions from the IBOX, rules should only allow public information in the IBOX and to limit Opinions to the posting portion of the Message Board. Why have two separate portions to each Message Board at all, if there is no difference to what can go in the IBOX or be posted on the Message Board?

Opinions and Comments on the message portion of the Message Board and publically disseminated info as stickies and/or IBOX info. Seems simple enough to me. And would eliminate all the strife created by disagreement over IBOX info.
