This occurred in 2003!!!!! The con man that sued us over a nonexistent bill filed bankruptcy in 2010. A judgment was placed because we were in preproduction on a film and did respond to the judgment. It has been removed from record for years as a result of successful dispute.

"The property was vacant for about 10 years until Larry Young’s ACTGG Partnership bought it in November 2000 to turn it into a sports training complex. (Larry)Young never fully realized his dream, and ACTGG filed for bankruptcy in January 2010. Mike Westrick said he financed Young’s purchase and foreclosed on the mortgage in 2009."
