Filing a SEC complaint is NOT GOOD! We BCIT shareholders tried that and SEC halted BCIT... and it is still halted!

THE SEC IS NOT YOUR FRIEND IN THESE MATTERS...

I don't own PAIV currently but will buy back if it dips. Let the market process work...
