Again you are speculating. In an earlier abstract Dr. Subbiah had 33 patient DCVax-Direct data for for this trial in an abstract regarding the safety of the biopsy and injection method, and the median injection was 4. Now we have 40 with a median injection of 3.1. That means the new enrollees brought the injection median down due to lack of injections. You are assuming the worst when instead, it makes more sense that Dr. Subbiah would present efficacy data in the current abstract conservatively and include patient data from deceased patients -- if any at that time -- because their data is complete. No need to edit it out. Moreover, I'd speculate 11 patients may very well be from the Florida site. Moreover, Dr. Subbiah wanted dosing to be completed on patients it could be completed on, so the fact that he compromised and gave us some information in those abstracts with patients only through their fifth dose while they were still being dosed in phase I is asking alot. (If your worst case scenario is considered, the patients would not have had time to benefit from the therapy, because most would have passed before the time most beneficial therapeutic benefits start kicking in.) I think it is more likely the 11 patients were not included in the data set for primarily reasons other than mortality.
