as many have stated time and time again, INCC submitted application and were told that they had to change the application before the county will approve the application and receive it as a COMPLETE APPLICATION ( HAPPENS ALL THE TIME - totally NORMAL)
when you are working to get a license, it can take 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 attempts before the MUNICIPALITY decides to receive....
the water was one of the items that the county wanted to see ....
also it looks by the tweet the other day, the county needed to see the growhouses on the site plan...and now that is complete...
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=14533
this is ALL NORMAL when working with MUNICIPALITIES
in addition, the county has received many inquiries for applications and also will slow down the process as well...the more inquiries that the county receives the slower they will work...very simple and NORMAL
but as long as they continue to accomplish each step, then a license can be achieved...
does it take time? yes
have many of us already realized it can take longer than August 1st? yes
imo all of these things show no fact where an article like this one:
http://signaturenewspaper.com/new-marijuana-grow-operation-planned-for-property-in-county/
clearly shows how a county works
they point out things that need to be changed and then they have you change them in order to consider your application to be complete...
very simple - that is how it works!!!!
