My opinion on what has happened here today is that there has been 2 or 3 traders that have had this boxed with sells at .0028-29 and bids at 0022-23. Fairly large positions. From the way I have seen this trading that is what I think has been going on for the last week or so. To day some mid term holders got fed up that it wasn't breaking the range and sold out taking out the bids that the ones who had it boxed had set. JMO If you all feel the need then feel free to delete this message if you all think you need to.
Argument for no dilution at this point in time is no pinksheet is going to dilute without pump PR's. Unless change in share structure has be filed I do not believe that to be the case.
Anyone that knows me will tell you I just call it as I see it. Nothing I see in the charts or the way it is trading suggest any dilution today.
