Something is not adding up here? Pavis puts out the latest Pr:

Claims no restricted shares have been received:

The Depository Trust Company has confirmed to the Registrant that no allocation of any Merger Shares has taken place by them as of May 22, 2006 due to the fact that the Merger Shares are restricted and that the Merger Shares have not been physically received by Depository Trust Company for further allocation.

1.Friday May 20,2006 TDameritrade and the recipients of this so called phantom vapor free trading shares start trading by the billions. Recipients were fully aware that they were intended to be restricted but got the go ahead from TDameritrade that they could sell.

2..Friday May 20,2006 Pavis becomes aware of this fiasco and does nothing till the third trading day later...

3. Day traders step in and Begin flipping illegal vapor non existent shares and after 4 full days of trading the stock trades in excess of 2.5 billion shares of non existent paper.

4. On the fourth day TDameritrade acknowledges they made a mistake and will cancel the sells on Friday and Monday made by the bozo's that were selling nonexistent restricted shares.

5. Day four Ameritrade is telling the public they will buy the shares back on the open market?

OK let me see if I understand this. TDA has cancelled the original sells? SOOOOOOO

What happens to the ones that bought these now canceled trades? Whom then went and sold for a additional profit. How do they deliver share certificates when the original sale has been cancelled out and the shares never exsisted in the first place?

This would appear to be illegal? NO....

Now everyone is claiming there is only 50-60 million in the OS and a float of up to 30 million and were going to see a huge short squeeze? Yet the price is dropping and still trading in the 100's of millions of non exsistant illegal shares?

Something is very fishy with this picture and I am going to call in my certs just to see what happens..

Sure has been a fun roller coaster ride.
