It is certainly a clever fictional story. The problem is that just like Satan, the author uses bits of truth and lots of lies to deceive people. The author and the book itself doesn't admit that the story isn't true, likely or plausible. I wish people were as eager to explore and believe the truth of God's Word as they are to believe the garbage of The DaVinci Code.
