Stacking the deck?

Day started out with 22 trades on the sell side, nothing larger than 29K. Took the price down to 10.1. Then the buyers moved in. its been overwhelmingly on the buy side since 10AM. Multiple trades well over 20K, with two at 100K. Buy/Sell volume, delayed by 30 minutes, is running 3-1 or more on the buy side. Price is back up to 12.
