The Merger did not take place until May 11th. So the 1st quarter report is for Nord only. They can not include the financial's for North-West since it was not part of the Company yet. This is what everybody needs to understand. When the 2nd quarter report comes out then we will see the financials from the combined company. So Mr. Parkin did not lie to anybody, just wait and you will see the revenue that North-West will be bringing to the table.
