I understand and agree with much of what you have stated in your posts tonight-but here is what I have a distaste for-

Parkin came out stating in a PR that northwest had revenues of $450million leading at least me and I am sure others to believe that the revenues for Q1 from the two spin offs would equate to far more than the $30million area-He misled many and it was hardly on the up and up-

What the 2 spin off reserves are worth is certaintly up for debate but at the moment 357million shares added on is a whole lot until this picture clears up and some sense of credibility returns to the playing field-the PPS reflects the uncertainty-

BTW I did not sell a share of my holdings!
