10-k is late. Read the recent 8-k issued by the company explaining why it's late. Appears they are running into issues with one of their disclosures in the financial statements.
My spidey senses tells me it's due to Hillary announcing her run for prez. There's a lot of ins and outs involved with this and red tape that they have to walk.
Not sure when it'll come out. But that's not a worry for me
