Sub pennies are all subject to risk of R/S.

Right now there is some more room for dilution but from the latest PRs, the management has acknowledged the dilution up to this point and stated that it should be over.

Furthermore, the issue with many subpennies is that many don't have revenues or profits, thus they have to continue diluting to maintain operations. It appears that this isn't the case with XCLK.

The recent runup in stock price is due to speculation that the deal with the SUPERPAC is bringing in revenues so they will grow organically from here on out.
