Just hope this is not a parallel with what happened in the beginning when FINRA and MIKP were tossing the ball back and forth on the 211 and then all of a sudden FINRA tells MIKP, you know what; file a form 10/audit and we will satisfy the 211. (over a year wasted).

Maybe FINRA forgot to tell MIKP, we are waiting on you.

I Sincerely doubt this as Mark and his crew are contacting FINRA daily on FINRA's statement to Mark about satisfying the 211 after MIKP filing a form 10/audit that was done 6 months AGO.
