Someone decided it was time to exit at .0004... That someone is going to be sick in a matter of months lol

Not sure why anyone would exit with a pending 10-k coming any day now. Especially when they released an 8-k and notified investors about nature of the delay and that exciting times are changing the landscape of their company.
