I think everyone needs to be aware that you may get what you ask for from the SEC. If they take complaints seriously they will delist the stock and there will NEVER be any hope of a comeback for the company. This happened to me when a company I had invested over 100k was late with a filing and just starting to show promise of a profit. There were extenuating xircumstances, but the SEC didn't care. The company is now the proprty of the two who owned it and they got rid of all of the shareholders because of the SEC. It couldn't have worked out better for them if they planned it. HMMMMM, maybe they did........
