Dr. Ma's Citizen Petition has 125 posts, all can now be viewed after I dogged FDA, Docket Management, Senator Baldwin, HHS, and Senate Legal Offices over the course of 2014 and 2015.

Docket Management has changed Policy's of posting comments, this is partly due to OUR protest being crushed. Excuses made where mostly "we don't post private individuals comments to protect their privacy". It turned out not only where individual comments not posted, but numerous scientific references from Healthcare Workers and Academics where also "held".

Get your message to the Senate HELP committee by posting to Dr. Ma's EPADI CP, under our First Amendment Rights it will reach the targeted officials in time for them to inquire.

Next Tuesday, Senate HELP Committee brings in Janet Woodcock. This is the last of four Senate HELP Hearings with the goal of improving the effectiveness of the system. How to get safe effective drugs and devices to Dr.'s offices faster? RESCINDING A SPA FOR ILLEGITIMATE REASONS is certainly not the way to accomplish this goal.

Your message is too important not to be received! Our message was intensionally not delivered to Senate HELP Committed last year when EPADI CP was active. This was vital to our cause as our Legislator's review these comments prior to Hearings. This has repeatedly been mentioned at the three prior HELP meetings leading into Tuesday's Hearing.

Not all of us developed a "relationship" with our Congressional Reps or Senators, it's an extreme uphill battle to get a reply and it takes numerous attempts and time to do so. Oftentimes the answer you receive is weeks after the request.

OUR MESSAGE IS TOO IMPORTANT TO GET LOST IN EMAIL.

We must make a push prior to Tuesdays Hearing and the best way to effectively do this is through Dr. Ma's Citizen's Petition.
