If all the non confirmed ePD patients were not given any vaccine, the only way to state if her comments --which by the way was data that was framed by a CRO -- was ever a lie would be not to give those patients any treatment and then see the outcome. Can't do that, so there's just no way for you to convincingly state she lied. No way to know where they were on the KPS scale, right? No way to know how much the vaccine changed those 25 indeterminate patients condition classification from ePD. Only way to know if they're not all ePDs is if you had those follow-up MRIs that would give you the confidence that they're not psPDs. You don't have that, right? So you can't say she lied.
