Who is buying?

Why would anyone be buying this stock? It has no pump that I have seen, the filing is late, and it has never made any money at all. If a bunch of e-mails start showing up from penny touters and the owners begin to pronounce "future riches" as inevitable it will all make sense. Until then, it is just a waiting game I suppose.
