Manny didn't show boat last night after each of his 2 HRs.


Here is Torre's comments on the matter:

Yankees manager Joe Torre said that he didn't have a major problem with Manny Ramirez's theatrics after crushing a three-run homer off Scott Proctor in the seventh inning of last night's 7-5 Yankees win.

"He knew it was out," said Torre. "Manny's a good guy. I'm not going to get into that. He hit a three-run home run that made the game tight again." Torre said there are a lot of things that go on now that pitchers wouldn't have tolerated in the old days. "It's not only Manny Ramirez," he said. "There are a lot of other people that do things and style more than was allowed in the old days."
