You need to use Level II quotes and Real time charts to determine when something is about to bounce.

The charts will give you advance warning to a movement by indicators (which can be learned here www.stockcharts.com )

Level II takes some knowlege about the market, some common knowlege and gut insticts to read. But it will let you know the exact moment a bounce is happenning if your paying attention.
