Darbes, there´s actually no real difference in our thinking, and I´ve said in numerous posts here why I believe that things have changed significantly since Hector Ruiz took over - which is the ONLY reason why I´m invested in AMD.

"What I have seen that is different is a, hopefully significant, structural difference in the pricing among participants on PriceWatch."

Which is just what I reported here:

If there´s any difference, it´s that I disagree about this:

"That is why the market, I contend, is so inefficient at placing a proper value on the shares.

Then you say:

"One thing that I am almost confident of is that ASPs are going to be higher. How much higher and, the real wild card, how many CPUs have been sold ? We must wait for more data.

I totally agree with this one again. The uncertainty is still there, and that´s why AMD is priced like it is. Once AMD manages to be profitable again, with good prospects going forward, the stock will soar. As I´m invested anyway, I take a more negative stance to avoid further dissapointment. And with many news from the last weeks/months, that´s an easy thing to do.

Good luck to you, too!
