Unless AT can somehow blame this on Paivis, I see no way they could in good conscience dump the cost on their customers.

Regarding a private placement - doesn't the Reg D rule only allow companies to sell up to $1,000,000 worth of stock per year? I hope PAIV hasn't already issued too much LOL.

Good stocks are obvious. Extensive DD is how you convince yourself to buy a bad one.
