See that sent? 348 main cohort. Also first time they mention the "secret" psPD randomized cohort, for which it seems they found an additional 32 patients (though they were aiming for 48/72), or 380 patients total.

In other words, managenent lied. It wasn't increased "a little bit," or by "36 patients." It was increased by 108, and the psPD cohort remained the same. Incidentally, that's not a bad thing. They just assumed it would be perceived as such and lied about it, and many believed them.

Apart from that, the AACR poster is a step down from that at SITC. As I predicted (it was evident from the glimpses they gave). If you can disentangle the spin of "62% continuing necrosis," which means nothing concretely.

Still not one partial response, just a repeat of the sarcoma case (probably their one best "responder"), with a very unstable, massive, already hemmoraging tumor.

Up to the Ph II to make something happen. I'm much less optimistic of that now than I was.
