It might satisfy our curiosity to know everything about the strategy, results, timelines and technology, but it would very likely end up not being in our financial interest. Many are trying to game the system - the longs, the shorts, the competitors. That is how the market works. The company only has one goal, and that is to increase the long term value for the shareholders by developing the most effective, easy to deliver, safe and protectable product(s). In order to do so, they must stay financially alive, in an extremely treacherous environment.

We don't have perfect information. We have to base our investment decisions based on intrinsic and extrinsic factors that are different for each one of us.

Clearly, as evidenced by Linda's and Cognate's holdings, they believe in the product and the strategy, and they are striving to have the best product, with adequate manufacturing capability, secure financing and to be able to start delivering as soon as possible in markets that allow early access.

If opponents knew all of the details, they could manipulate the share price in a way that hurts the company. We have seen ample evidence of this already. The studies are being done with top of the line researchers and institutions and if there was a problem with the results, interpretations or technology, the reporting requirements would likely require that we hear about it.

No one has ever made a promise that we would get information on a certain date. There are anticipated timelines that may not be met for a variety of reasons, reasons we would likely support if we knew about the reasons, as evidenced by some of the terrific surprises we have seen over the past year.

Clinical trials take a long time! They are expensive and complex. They have released more data. Considering Direct only started a year and a half ago and it was a first in man with all of the limitations involved, they are doing a pretty darn good job of getting information out.

Another study I am involved in has taken 3 years. About 4 months to collect the data, about a year to analyze it, and another year and a half to write 8 or 9 papers that have resulted. The analysis and write up takes considerable time. They have a large team of people working on the study. Direct is probably not their only item on their agendas.

We are being given multiple positive deliverables, need to maintain patience and wait for the presentations - which are coming up very soon!
