BAYP never claimed to have an asset in JFK. It is a JV.

JFK never was associated with bayside(BYSD). GMND was never associated with JFK in any deal. From what is known and written, a report was written by a person who worked with GMND about the future potential of JFK facility. That was it.

This date is wrong. The event was in 1999 and settled in January 2006.
