No constructive news is usually available at the ASHM.

The most constructive ASHM ever held was the previous one. But for all who attended, Steipp advised that this would be the only time that an ASHM was used to allow questions and answers of all employees.

We are now back to the previous style of ASHM or the *Steipp Mushroom Theory of Managing Shareholders, the purpose of this solely being a business meeting to pass the proxy. The only news which will come out of this will be the results of the proxy vote and whatever attendees feel like expressing in the way of opinion.

Any factual matter must first be publicly stated prior to the ASHM to not violate SEC regulations on how information is to be released.

I would expect nothing, except possibly, statements like " what ever happened in the 1st quarter, beyond previously published PR's, will be reported in the 1Q 10Q in early May, which is the correct forum for such news.
