That simply is not true. Just so wrong... They would up the A/S first. But based on the revs coming in from the Hillary campaign they won't need to raise AS to utilize their equity to raise cash.

Its obvious to the market that cash is coming in big with this Hillary campaign. Hence the 400% rise.
