The problem with selling some of the stock is that it becomes a self fulfilling prophesy. Those sold shares will undoubtedly be shorted, and naked shorted multiple times, driving down the share price and negatively affecting value for those share still held. Better strategy is to keep holding and wait for the inevitable good news from L and the strong probability of good news from Direct when they come out. When EAMS is finalized as well as HE negotiations completed and cash is flowing, then the stock will be relatively impervious to those who are trying to do it in, and some shares can be sold if needed. $.02
