RMD Entertainment Announces Agreement with Apple Corporations I-Tunes, the Worlds Largest On-Line Music Store

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 5, 2004--RMD Entertainment (Pink Sheets: DRMH - News) announced today its lone subsidiary RMD Dance Inc, has reached an agreement with Apple Corporation's I Tunes, the world's largest on-line music store, for the digital distribution of key titles from the upcoming RMD album release of C and C Music Factories Greatest Hits remixed album. The deal will begin with placement of "Everybody Dance Now...(Sweat)" in the on-line giants catalogue initially, with deals in the works for the rest of the album as well as the entire RMD catalogue.

Each time a consumer downloads a song from the site (http://www.apple.com/itunes/) they pay a fee of $0.99, which is then split between RMD and Apple Corp.

In it's first year, I Tunes sold more than 70 million songs. With I Tunes forecasting an even bigger response by music consumers at large, the venture could be a very powerful one for RMD.

"Everybody Dance Now...(Sweat)", by C and C Music Factory, is recognized as the best selling dance record of all time at 9 million copies sold to date. RMD has produced 7 new remixes of the hit with original C and C Music Factory member Freedom Williams. All 7 mixes will be placed on I Tunes for individual sale to the public.

"This was a significant move for the C and C Music Factory project as well as all other upcoming RMD projects. This deal should add significant revenue to the bottom line for us now and in the future. The way consumers buy music has changed over the last 18 months and we want to remain on the cutting edge. With a timeless release like "Everybody Dance Now...(Sweat)" by platinum artists C and C Music Factory, we have a proven commodity that can be capitalized for profits on the inter-net that compliments the traditional music format of compact discs sold in retail stores. We look forward to a long prosperous relationship with Apple Corp and I Tunes and anticipate expanding the current deal in the near future to include all of our catalogue." Says Giorgio Costonis President of RMD Dance Inc.

Executive Vice President of RMD Dance, KC Flightt, adds: "We are not going to abandon our Underground roots and will surely remain a major producer of the traditional Compact Disc and 12 inch Vinyl recordings for our DJ's on the club scene, but as the internet has paved the way for this new form of digital distribution, we are excited to be affiliated with one of the most recognizable and relevant leaders in the industry."
